Menu Boards

Menu boards are the one sign in a restaurant that has to change. Prices move, items come off, seasonal specials come and go, and a board you can't update is a board that's lying to your customers by month three.

Changeable panel boards

A frame that holds printed inserts you can swap yourself. You keep the board and buy new panels when the menu changes, which costs a fraction of a new sign each time. This is the right answer for most taprooms, cafés and counter-service restaurants.

Rigid printed boards

Printed panels in acrylic, ACM or aluminum, mounted to the wall or hung. Cleanest look, best for a menu that's stable — a core menu that rarely moves, with specials handled on a chalkboard or A-frame alongside it.

Digital systems

Screens driven from a media player, updated from a computer. Worth it when your menu genuinely changes daily or you're running multiple locations off one design. Not worth it if you're changing prices twice a year — the changeable panel board does that job for a tenth of the cost, and we'll say so.

Design is most of the job

A menu board fails when it's unreadable from where people queue, not when it's printed badly. Type size, contrast and how the items are grouped decide whether someone orders confidently or holds up the line. Send us your menu as text and we'll lay it out for the distance people will actually read it from.

Changeable menu boards start at $175. Rigid printed boards are quoted by size and material. Digital systems from $1,850.
