Step & Repeat Backdrops
The logo wall people take photos in front of. A repeating pattern of your logo — or your logo alongside your sponsors' — printed on a backdrop and hung on a frame, so every photo taken in front of it carries your branding into someone else's feed.
The name comes from how it's built: the logo steps across and repeats, so it reads regardless of where a person happens to stand.
Where they earn their keep
Grand openings and launches. Fundraisers and galas, where sponsor logos on the backdrop are part of what the sponsorship bought. Conferences and trade show booths. Weddings and private events. Anywhere with a camera and a reason for people to be photographed.
Getting the layout right
This is where most step-and-repeats fail, and it's not about print quality. Logos sized too large mean only one or two land behind a person's head. Sized too small and they turn to mush at any distance. The pattern also has to account for where people actually stand — the middle third of the backdrop, at head height, is the only part that reliably appears in a photo. We lay it out for that, not just for how it looks flat on a screen.
If you're carrying sponsor logos, send us the tier structure. Sponsors notice their placement and they notice their size, and it's easier to settle that before printing.
Sizes and frames
8 by 8 feet is the standard and fits most rooms and booths. 10 feet wide gives you room for groups rather than pairs, which matters at a gala or an awards night.
Backdrops come with an adjustable telescopic frame that breaks down into a bag, so one person can set it up and it travels in a car. If you're using an existing frame, tell us the dimensions and we'll print to it.
Indoors or out
Say which upfront, because it changes the material. Indoor backdrops can use a lighter fabric or vinyl. Outdoors in Colorado means wind, and wind turns a backdrop into a sail — that needs a weighted frame and, depending on exposure, a mesh or wind-slit material that lets air through. A frame specced for a hotel ballroom will end up on the ground in a parking lot.
The rest of the booth
We print fitted table throws, retractable banner stands, mesh banners and pop-up displays too. A full booth from one shop means one set of artwork, one proof round and one delivery date — which matters when the event is on a fixed date and there's no version of "next week."
Step-and-repeat backdrops start at $425 with the frame and carry bag. Table throws from $130. Tell us the event date and we'll work back from it.
