Two ways to do it

Cut vinyl lettering is the workhorse. We cut your text and logo on the plotter and apply it to the panel. Sharp edges, strong color, and the right choice for anything that's mostly type — name, phone number, arrow, "NOW HIRING."

Digitally printed lets you use photographs, gradients and full-color artwork that cut vinyl can't do. We print the graphic and apply it to the panel.

Both are available single or double-sided. Double-sided matters more than people think on a corner lot or a street where traffic runs both directions.

Sizes and stakes

12x18 and 24x36 are the two everybody orders. 12x18 is the classic yard sign; 24x36 is what you want if it's being read from a moving car. H-stakes come with them. For anything staying up through a Colorado winter, or anywhere with real wind exposure, tell us and we'll spec heavier stakes.

Turnaround is the reason to buy these locally

An online printer will quote you a low number and then take a week to ship it. If your listing goes live Thursday or your event is Saturday, that's not a price question anymore. We're in Englewood, we print and cut here, and you can pick up.

The same applies to short runs. Ordering four signs from a national printer costs almost as much as ordering forty, because you're paying for shipping and setup either way. Four signs from us is four signs.

How long they last

Straight answer: these are seasonal signs. A yard sign is built to do a job for a season, not a decade — expect strong color through a listing cycle or a campaign, with gradual fade after that under Colorado sun. If you need something that holds up for years, you want an aluminum or ACM panel instead, and we build those too.
