Digital Printing
Digital printing is how photographs, gradients and full-color artwork get onto a sign. Anything that is not flat, solid color goes through the printer rather than the plotter.
What we print, and how wide
Everything runs on a 64-inch eco-solvent Roland in our Englewood shop. We print up to 64 inches wide in a single piece, in any length, on banner vinyl, adhesive vinyl, perforated one-way window film, corrugated plastic, magnetic sheet and fabric.
Wider than 64 inches means paneling the artwork and seaming it, which is routine on wall murals and large backdrops. Tell us the finished size and we will tell you whether it seams before you order.
Printed and cut are not the same thing
Cut vinyl is a solid sheet of colored film, cut on a plotter and weeded by hand. It is sharper and it lasts longer, and it is the right answer for lettering, hours, phone numbers and simple logos.
Digital print reproduces anything — a photograph, shading, a logo with fifty colors in it. It is the only option for artwork cut vinyl cannot reproduce. Plenty of jobs use both on the same panel.

Artwork
Vector art prints best. A logo pulled off a website is usually 72 dpi and goes soft once it is three feet wide, which shows most on banners and backdrops. If that is all you have we will say so up front, and we can normally redraw it.

Yard signs from $11. Vinyl banners from $75 indoors, $100 hemmed and grommeted for outdoors. Magnets from $56 and per-door vehicle lettering from $175. Retractable banner stands from $185 including the printed graphic, base and bag. Step-and-repeat backdrops from $425. Printed and perforated window graphics from $30 per square foot. Most printed work runs one to five business days. Yard signs and banners are usually the same week. Tell us the date you actually need it and we will say straight away whether it is possible.
Why buy printing in Englewood
