Sign Prices
These are real numbers off our own price list, for signs built in our own shop in Englewood, Colorado and installed across the Denver metro. Where a sign is quoted per job instead of carrying a published number, it is because size, height, access and permitting genuinely change the answer — not because we are hiding it.

Quoted per job
Channel Letter Signs. Quoted per letter based on height, depth, lighting type and mounting method. Send artwork or a storefront photo for a firm quote. Lead time: 3–4 weeks from approved drawings, plus permitting.
Pylon & Pole Signs. Quoted individually. Refacing and tenant panel replacement on an existing pylon are quoted separately and cost a fraction of a new structure. Site visit required.
Lightbox & Cabinet Signs. Quoted by size, face type and single or double face. Send storefront dimensions and a photo for a firm number. Refacing an existing cabinet is quoted separately and usually costs far less than replacement. Lead time: 3–4 weeks from approved drawings, plus permitting.
Sign Installation. Quoted by height, access, mounting substrate and permit requirements. Send a photo of the location and the sign specs for a firm number. We install signs supplied by others. Lead time: usually within 1–2 weeks, weather permitting.
Sign Removal & Disposal. Quoted by size, height, access and wall restoration required. Send a photo of the sign and the address. Removal for reuse or relocation is quoted separately.
Sign Maintenance Programs. Priced per property by sign count, access requirements and visit frequency. Portfolio and multi-location pricing available. First inspection includes a written condition survey. Lead time: Priority response for program clients.
Sign Permitting. Billed hourly plus municipal application fees, which are set by the jurisdiction and passed through at cost. Code research for a single parcel is a small fixed scope — ask for a quote. Lead time: Varies by jurisdiction — typically several weeks, longer with design review.
What actually moves the price
Size and height. A sign twice as tall is more than twice the money once it needs engineering, a heavier structure and a lift to install.
Illumination. An unlit panel is the cheapest version of any sign. LED costs more up front and less to run than the neon or fluorescent it usually replaces.
Access. Ground level with parking is one number. Second story over a sidewalk, or anything needing a bucket truck and a lane closure, is another.
Permitting. Most exterior signs in the metro need a permit, and every jurisdiction runs its own review. We bill that hourly plus the municipal fee rather than burying it in the sign price. See sign permits.
Artwork. Print-ready vector art costs nothing extra. A logo pulled off a website usually needs redrawing before it can go on anything larger than a business card.
Getting an actual number
Tell us what the sign says, roughly how big, whether it is lit, and where it is going. That is enough for a real quote on most jobs. We are in Englewood and we cover the Denver metro.
